Panoptic develops existing employees, helping them master new skills and techniques. We can do this through working side-by-side with a client’s existing employees or in small group training sessions.

  • Initial consultation
    A Panoptic practice manager meets with the project team to gain an understanding of the specific training or mentoring requirements.
  • Assessment
    Depending on the needs, Panoptic may need to conduct interviews or participate in meetings.
  • Action plan and success metrics
    Panoptic recommends a mentoring and / or training program
